RARE STERLING SILVER MOORE FAMILY CRESTED PICKLE FORK 1906 ANTIQUE 24g

Super quality rare solid silver pickle fork. It has been hallmarked for London 1906 with the maker's mark being difficult to decipher. It has been superbly made but perhaps most interestingly engraved with the crest of a Moors Head - this has associations with several families including the Moore or Moors Families, the Barthwick clan, Muir family and others. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.5 inches (16.4cm) long by 0.75 inch (1.6cm) wide and weighs 24 grams. Very good quality rare and interesting example.
