A beautiful large English Edwardian solid sterling silver and wooden table cigar, cigarette or trinket box. It is hallmarked for London 1908 with the maker being Middleton Chapman, Son & Co Ltd. It has been beautifully made and the cartouche is free from any engravings. It is in superb condition, having no dings, splits, holes or repairs. It measures approx. 7 inches (18.2cm) across by almost 4 inches (10cm) wide by almost 2.5 inches (6.2cm) tall and weighs 198 grams. A beautiful piece.
