A superbly modelled decent sized sterling silver desk or table bird figure. It is hallmarked STERLING GERMANY and will date to the mid 20th century. It has been beautifully modelled being finely cast in the form of a pheasant bird. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures almost 6 inches (14.8cm) long beak to tail by 2.75 inches tall and weighs 61 grams (all silver weight, i.e. it is not filled). A very well designed high quality example.
