A superb cased set of six silver plated spoons and sugar tongs. They are marked EPNS along with the makers mark of P Ashberry & Sons for Sheffield I would date them to c1910-1920. They have been nicely designed and are in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, the case also is superb. The spoons measure over 4.25 inches (11cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.1cm) wide and the tongs over 4 inches (10.6cm) long and they have a combined weight of 74 grams excluding the case. A quality well made set.
