A superb large Scottish Victorian antique solid sterling silver serving gilt spoon. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1866 with the makers marks being M&S. It has been superbly designed with the terminal being in the form of a 17th century musketeer. It is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs, there is some wear to the bowl gilding. It measures almost 8 inches (19.5cm) long by 2 inches (5cm) wide and weighs an impressive 66 grams. A nice quality piece.
