A rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver patch box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1822 with the makers marks being IB. It has been superbly designed being bright cut and is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 1.25 inches (2.9cm) across and weighs 4 grams. A rare piece.
