A well made English antique solid sterling silver madeira decanter label. It is hallmarked for Chester 1912 with the maker being Sampson Mordan & Co Ltd. It is in very nice condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.25 inches (3.2cm) across by he same in height and complete with its chain weighs 18 grams. A nicely made piece.
