A very nice quality English solid sterling silver and cut glass pot / bowl. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1926 with the makers mark being Walker and Hall. It has been beautifully made having a faux tortoiseshell and silver lid and cut glass base still containing its original powder puff. It is in super condition. The silver is free from dings splits repairs and dings. The glass is free from cracks chips and repairs. The lid is tight fitting and perfect. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8cm) wide by 2.25 inches tall and weighs 159 grams. A beautifully made piece.
