A rare English solid sterling silver mini replica measure. It is hallmarked for London 1915 with the maker being Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd. It has been made as a replica Romsey Bushel Measure and has been engraved ' WINCHESTER- BUSHEL-ROMSEY-JOSEPH-MORTIMER-MAYOR=1792 CORCORAN-FECIT-LONDON'. It is in good condition being free from splits holes and repairs. It measures 2.75 inches (7cm) across including the handles and almost 2.25 inches (5.3cm) excluding them by 1.25 inches (3.4cm) tall and weighs 31 grams. A very unusual piece.
