A superb hand made solid sterling silver and gold pill box. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 2003 with the makers mark being the highly regarded designer silversmith Marion Kane of West Kilbride. It has been superbly designed having a textures finish with two inserted gold strips. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, it closes tightly. It measures approx. 1 inch (2.5cm) across by 1.5cms tall and weighs 14 grams. A superbly made high-quality piece.
