Beautiful English Georgian antique solid sterling silver sugar tongs. They are hallmarked with the Lion passant mark, the georgian head mark and the date letter D for 1799 along with the the makers marks of PC or RC. They have been beautifully designed with a bright cut pattern and have been engraved with initials. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. They measure approx. 5.5 inches (14.2cm) long and weigh 36 grams. Superb examples.
