A very stylish Art Deco solid sterling silver sugar caster / shaker. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1936 with the makers marks being S&M. It has been superbly designed having enamel detailing on glass and a sterling silver lid. It is in superb condition being free from dings, splits and repairs, just the odd faint mark around the silver rim. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.8cm) tall by over 2.25 inches across and weighs 325 grams (the lid is 21 grams). A very stylish example.
