A beautifully designed Norwegian solid silver cake or pie server. It is hallmarked 830S standard along with the makers mark of Thorvald Marthinsen Sølvvarefabrik and dates to c1960s. It has been beautifully designed to what is called the Viking Rose Pattern and is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 7.5 inches (18.8cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.8cm) wide and weighs 40 grams. A very well made piece.
