A superbly modelled sterling silver desk or table bird figure. It is hallmarked for London 1958 with the maker marks being LAC. It has been beautifully modelled being finely cast in the form of a pheasant bird. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, just a tiny manufacturing air bubble hole to the side (nothing of note see photos). It measures approx. 6 inches (15.3cm) long beak to tail by almost 3.25 inches wide and weighs 125 grams (all silver weight, i.e. it is not filled). A very nice example.
