A superb English antique solid sterling silver dog spoon. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1924 with the maker being Levi & Salaman. It has been well designed with the terminal being cast in the form of an Alsatian /German shepherd. dog. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the back leg is not joined but it has no effect. It measures over 4.75 inches (12.2cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 18 grams. A very good quality example.
