A super quality rare solid sterling silver novelty vesta case. It is hallmarked with the 925 silver standard mark, I would date it to c1980. It has been superbly designed being in the form of the Devil and has gem stone eyes. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, it works perfectly, i.e pressing the nose releases the top. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) wide by almost 1 (2.4cm) and weighs 56 grams. A quality rare example.
