A rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver marrow scoop. It is hallmarked for London 1754 with the maker being Richard Gosling. It has been superbly made and has been engraved with a horse's head crest used by the Coleman family and others. It is in super condition having no dings splits repairs. It measures over 8.75 inches (22.6cm) long by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide and weighs 62 grams. A more unusual example.
