A superb rare English novelty solid sterling pipe tamper and smoking tools. The tamper is hallmarked for Sheffield 1926 with the makers mark being NBLd. The other tools, 6 excluding the tamper, are steel and marks REPEAT NEEDHAM BROTHERS. It has been superbly designed having a horn body and a taper which slides forward and clicks into place when needed. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, all complete. It measures approx. 3 inches (7.5cm) long and weighs 32 grams. A well made rare example.
