£195.00
Item number: 379/83/12

A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver fork. It is hallmarked York 1847 with the maker being James Barber. It has been superbly made being interestingly engraved with an unusual crest of a armoured arm holding a sword above a helmet, possibly for the Armour family. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 8 inches (20cm) long by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide and weighs 68 grams. A nice quality example.
