A beautiful cased Australian hand made solid sterling silver spoon. It is hallmarked 925 along with the makers mark of Peter Gertler. It dates to c1980s. It has been made in an Arts and Crafts style and the handle is the form of a gumnut. It is in perfect condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12.2cm) long by over 1.5 inches (4.1cm) wide and weighs 32 grams excluding the case. A beautifully made piece.
