A beautiful good sized English solid sterling silver wine or champagne bottle coaster. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 2002 with the makers marks being Carrs. It has superbly designed having a hard wood base and is in superb condition being free from dings splits, engravings, and repairs . Possibly never used. It measures approx. 5 inches (13cm) across by 1.75 inches (4.3cm) tall and weighs 152 grams. A very good quality well made piece.
