A beautiful rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver and agate vinaigrette box. It is hallmarked for London 1801 with the maker's marks being Lockwood and Douglas. It has been beautifully made with the lid being inset with banded brown agate. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, no chips or cracks. It measures 1.5 inches (4.2cm) across by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide by 0.5 inch (1.2cm) tall and weighs 21 grams. A very high quality piece.
