A very well designed unusual English solid sterling silver handled corkscrew. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1910 with the maker's mark being Adie and Lovekin. It has a beautiful design incorporating a stag amongst mountains. It would have been used for medicine and perfume bottles as opposed to beer and wine. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.4cm) long and weighs 10 grams. A very nicely made piece.
