A beautiful large hand made tea or more likely lemon juice strainer. It is hallmarked for London 1974 with the makers marks being DJB. It has been beautifully hand planished, most likely a copy of an 18th century Georgian piece. It is in superb condition, having no dings, splits, holes or repairs. It measures over 6 inches (16cm) across including the handles by 2.75 inches and weighs 70 grams. A beautiful piece.
