A rare Georgian antique cut steel wax seal. I would date it to c1750. It appears to read 'U'. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1 inch (2.2cm) tall by 0.75 inches and weighs 5 grams. A high quality little piece.
