A novelty English solid sterling silver novelty tot cup or measure. It is hallmarked for Chester 1903 with the maker being Charles Horner. It has been superbly designed being in the form of an oversized thimble bearing the words JUST A THIMBLEFUL.  It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes distortions and repairs. The inside is perfectly clean and usable. It measures 2.25 inches (5.5cm) tall by almost 1.75 inches (4.1cm) across the rim and weighs 34 grams. A beautifully made interesting piece.
