A nice quality unusual English antique solid sterling silver card case and stamp case? or double card case? It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1913 with the maker being D BROS. It has been superbly made being curved, engine turned, and internally gilded. Most unusually it has a divider inside, I assume the front holds stamps the back business / visiting cards? Or maybe its his and hers? It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.4cm) long by over 1.75 inches (4.7cm) tall and weighs 69 grams (you can get cards made to measure online). A superbly designed unusual example.
