A more unusual English antique silver plated hare spoon. It is marked with the makers mark Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ld. I would date it to c1920s. It has been superbly designed with the terminal being in the form of a hares head and the handle engraved HH possibly for the Holcombe Hunt. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (13.7cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 22 grams. A very good quality unusual example.
