A superb cased English solid sterling silver souvenir maiden head spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1977 with the maker being JBC&SLt. It has been beautifully made for the royal jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II being a replica of a spoon dating from the period of Queen Elizabeth I. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the case is also superb. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (15.7cm) long by almost 2 inches wide and weighs 36 grams (excluding the case). A very well made piece.
