A quality English Edwardian antique solid sterling silver menu holder or place marker. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905 with the maker being John William Barrett. It has been superbly designed and has been engraved with a double crest and the motto TOWOURS FIDELE, most likely a marriage gift. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.25 inches (3.2cm) across the base by the same in height and being weighted weighs 22 grams. A very well-designed example.
