A very impressive American sterling silver serving spoon. It is hallmarked STERLING along with the makers marks of Gorham. It has been made to the Luxembourg Pattern which started circa 1893. It has been beautifully made having a gilded bowl and gothic P to its handle. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 9 inches (22.5cm) long by over 2.75 inches (7.2cm) wide and weighs 90 grams. A very interesting example.
