A superb rare large heavy Spanish silver articulated fish. It is hallmarked with the Spanish pentagram 915 standard mark and a makers mark. I would it to c1950s. It has been superbly designed being made up in various pieces allowing it to move like a fish and it has red gem set eyes. It is in perfect condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 12.5 inches (31.6cm) long by 3.75 inches (9.5cm) tall by 2.25 inches (5.6cm) wide and weighs 274 grams. A very high quality piece.
