A beautiful high quality English solid sterling silver honey spoon. It has been hallmarked for London 1984 with the maker being Paul Victor Markey he spent most of his career working with other silversmiths, including Stuart Devlin. It has been superbly designed having a little silver gilt honey bee sat on the terminal and hook to its reverse for hooking onto a honey pot or jar. It is in superb condition being free from dings, splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.5 inches (16.4cm) long by over 1.25 inches (3.5cm) wide and weighs 32 grams. A stunning very well made piece.
