A rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver marrow scoop. It is hallmarked for London with the date looking like T for 1814 with the maker being Thomas Oliphant (or Ollivant) of Manchester. It has been superbly designed and is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs, a small initial near the hallmark. It measures approx. 9 inches (22.7cm) long by almost 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide and weighs 46 grams. A very high quality rare piece.
