A beautiful boxed English solid sterling silver mussel eater. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 2003 with the makers marks being GRB. It has been beautifully made in the form of a mussel shell with a sprung hinge so it opens automatically and has been gilded inside. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 3 inches (6.6cm) long by 1.25 inches (3cm) wide and weighs 60 grams excluding the box. A beautifully made piece.
