A superb Georgian solid sterling silver serving spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1804 with the maker being William Eley I & William Fearn. It has been superbly designed and engraved with a Scottish Clan crest - I do not know which. It is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs, the odd tiny mark. It measures approx. 8 inches (20.2cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) wide and weighs an impressive 68 grams. A nice quality early piece.
