A very unusual Victorian sterling silver coin pill box. It is unmarked but tests as sterling silver. It has beautifully made from two Victorian silver shillings both dated 1884, most lily made around this time. It is in super condition being free from holes splits and repairs. It measures over 1 inch (2.8cm) across by 0.5 inch (1.2cm) tall and weighs 20 grams. A very unusual piece.
