A superbly modelled sterling silver gilt (gold on silver) desk or table bird figure. It is hallmarked for London 1995 with the makers mark being WEV. It has been beautifully modelled being finely cast in the form of a pheasant bird and gilded (gold on silver). It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.25 inches (13.2cm) long beak to tail by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide by almost 2.25 inches (5.7cm) tall and weighs 68 grams (all silver weight, i.e. it is not filled). A very well designed high quality example.
