A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver medicine spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1866 with the maker being Chawner & Co (George William Adams). It has have been superbly made having two different sized ends for administering medicine. It is in super condition being free from dings slits and repairs. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12.2cm) long by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide at its widest point and weighs 22 grams. A very unusual and interesting item.
