A super quality English solid sterling silver box. It is hallmarked for London 1960 with the maker being F Osborne & Co Ltd engravers & church metalworkers so possibly a travelling pyx. It has a stylish design being and is in good condition being free from splits, repairs and significant dings (just a few tiny edge marks see final photo. The lid fits securely and it is gilded inside. It measures over 1.5 inches (3.9cm) across by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) tall and weighs 28 grams. A nice quality example.
