A beautiful hand made Arts & Crafts Scottish solid sterling silver chamberstick / candle holder & snuffer. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh with the holder dating 1977 and the snuffer 1979 both with the same makers mark of PMH. It has been superbly designed being hand planished and is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The holder measures approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) across by 3 inches (7.6cm) tall with the snuffer measuring over 6.25 inches (15.6cm) long by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) wide and combined weighs 256 grams including the snuffer. A super quality well made rare piece.
