A beautiful French solid silver pill box. It is hallmarked with the tiny crab 800 silver standard mark and a makers mark. I would date it to c1900-1940. It has been superbly made having a classical design and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and gilded. It closes tightly. It measures almost 1.75 inches (4cm) across by 1.25 inches (3cm) wide by 1cm tall and weighs 13 grams. A very pretty piece.
