A stunning large German solid silver cake server. It is hallmarked with the 800 silver standard mark and a makers mark and dates to c1900-1920. It has been beautifully made being cast with flowers and birds. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, a couple of tiny pin head sized marks near the tip. It measures approx. 9.75 inches (24.3cms) long by almost 2.25 inches wide and weighs 53 grams. A well made piece.
