A very nicely designed stylish English solid sterling silver goblet. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1974 with the maker being Wakely & Wheeler. Number 55 of only 500 made. It has been superbly designed having a modernist textured gilded stem and octagon shaped base. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures almost 5.25 inches (13.2cm) tall by 2.75 inches (7cm) across the rim by 2.25 inches (5.6cm) across the base and weighs 174 grams. A very good quality well designed piece.
