A beautiful English solid sterling silver and enamelled thimble. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1989 with the maker being James Swann & Son. It has been superbly designed and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. No chips or cracks. It measures approx. 1 inch (2.4cm) tall by 0.75 inch (1.6cm) across the base and weighs 4 grams. A very beautiful example.
