A beautiful English Arts & Crafts antique solid sterling silver porringer cup or bowl. It is hallmarked for London 1905 with the maker being Reid & Sons (Thomas Arthur Reid, Francis James Langford & Christian Leopold Reid). It has been superbly made having two unusual handles. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs, just the odd faint mark. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (14cm) across including the handles and 3.5 inches (8.8cm) excluding them by almost 2.75 inches (7cm) tall and weighs 186 grams. A superbly designed example.
