A stunningly beautiful and rare solid sterling silver and enamel cigarette case. It is hallmarked for London 1933 with the maker being Sampson Mordan. It has been beautifully made having a hand painted golfing scene to its front, engine turning to the reverse and a gilded interior. It is in outstanding condition being free from dings, splits and repairs, the enamel is perfect. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.4cm) by 3 inches (7.4cm) wide and weighs 96 grams. A beautifully designed rare piece about as good as it gets.
