Unusual English solid sterling silver egg toppers - for tacking the top of boiled eggs. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 2000 with the makers marks being HC. They have been superbly designed being in the form of hens. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. They measure almost 5 inches (12.6cm) long and weigh 75 grams. Beautifully made and unusual.
