A very nice quality English solid sterling silver and cut glass pot / bowl. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1979 with the makers mark being B&Co. It has been beautifully made being having the Green man surrounded by birds and scrolls to its lid. It is in super condition. The silver is free from dings splits repairs and dings. The glass is free from cracks chips and repairs. The lid is tight fitting and has a mirror in side. It is a good size measuring approx. 4.5 inches (11.5cm) wide across at its widest point by 3 inches tall and weighs 340 grams (glass, mirror etc... all together). A beautifully made piece.
