HANS VILHELM HANSEN MID CENTURY MODERN DANISH SOLID SILVER BOWL c1960 RETRO

A very unusual Scandinavian mid century modern solid silver rimmed glass bowl. It is hallmarked 830S with the makers mark being HVH for Hans Vilhelm Hansen a Danish designer who operate from Copenhagen 1947-1973. It has a vibrant blie glass bowl and silver rim and handle.  It is in super condition. The silver is free from dings splits repairs and dings. The glass is free from cracks chips and repairs. The handle is slightly out of shape. It is a good size measuring approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) wide across at its widest point by 6.25 inches tall to the top of the handle 3 inches to the rim. It weighs 330 grams. A beautifully made piece.
